Food Technologist from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He completed the Final Degree Project with a collaboration grant at the Institute of Food Engineering for Development-UPV with the topic: "Effect of different components of essential oils on the growth and formation of guaiacol by Alicyclobacillus spp in juices".
He is currently working with a JAE INTRO grant in the Agrobiotechnology group together with the researcher Jana Alonso and doing a Master's degree in Food Safety and Quality at the University of La Laguna. His training at IPNA-CSIC is focused on the determination of the metabolomic and proteomic profile of organic fruits using different equipment such as uHPLC-MS or CG-MS.
