Graduate in Marine Sciences from the University of Vigo. During the academic year 2021-2022 I did my internship in the company ANFACO-CECOPESCA in the Biotechnology and Health department of the R+D+i area, where I also carried out my Final Degree Project: "Characterisation of macro and microalgae for the valorisation of their functional properties and their application in food". The research carried out during my stay at the company was part of the Fishealth Network Project, funded by the Cervera programme for Technology Centres 2020 of the CDTI.
During the academic year 2022-2023 I took the Master's Degree in Drug Research and Development at the University of Santiago de Compostela. This allowed me to do an internship at the Singular Centre for Research in Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases, where research focused on the discovery of new bioactive molecules obtained from natural products.
