Landscape Archaeology Laboratory
This laboratory undertakes diachronic analyses of the use, exploitation, and preservation of cultural landscapes through:
- Multitemporal and multisource remote sensing analyses (historical cartography, aerial imagery, drones, Earth Observation).
- Automated detection of archaeological and ethnoarchaeological features
- Archaeological invetories and surveys.
- Digital recording of at-risk heritage.
- Archaeology in historica.l contexts (e.g., colonial contact and exploitation) and conflict spaces (e.g., war archaeology or sites of repression).
- Integration of historical and archaeological sources with digital humanities approaches.
